Turn up the heat then add the garlic, ginger and chilli pepper, stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Now add the pepper, broccoli and cashews and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. If the wok starts to get a little dry you may need to add a tiny bit more coconut oil here. CHICKPEA AND LENTIL CURRY Pour in the chopped tomatoes, stock, lemon juice, add the chickpeas and lentils.
