COCKERMOUTH MAN TIMOTHY COWAN GIVEN RESTRAINING ORDER A man has been given an indefinite restraining order and required to do 250 days of unpaid work following an assault on a woman. Timothy Cowan, 59, of Fern Bank, Cockermouth was sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court on Monday.
