TRL can undertake DCP testing in soft verges, in soft central reservation, at the base of cores or at the bottom of trial pits to the requirements of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges CS 229 Data TRL | ASPHALT PAVEMENT EMBODIED CARBON TOOL (ASPECT) Asphalt Pavement Embodied Carbon Tool (asPECT) asPECT provides a methodology to calculate the life cycle greenhouse gas emissions or ‘carbon footprint’ of asphalt used in highways. This website provides access to the asPECT software that was developed as a result of Collaborative Research Programmes undertaken between 2008 and 2014.
