The Cerebral Palsy Research Network (CPRN) is a group of doctors, therapists and patient advocates collaborating to improve treatments and outcomes for people with CP. TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION The Air Carrier Access Act prohibits discrimination based on disability in air travel and requires that all flights on U.S. airlines, and flights to or from the United States by foreign airlines, accommodate the needs of passengers with disabilities. Each airline has their own policies and procedures so calling ahead can help the travel experience go more smoothly. WHO WE ARE - UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY The UCP network has helped millions of people live life without limits, dream different dreams and change the paradigm of care and standard of living for people with a spectrum of disabilities. It all began in 1949, when parents of children with cerebral palsy came together, looking for help, answers and information, and UCP wasfounded.

UCP local service providers, known as affiliates, provide services and support on a community-by-community basis, serving the unique needs of people with disabilities in their region. There is a significant percentage of people served by UCP affiliates that have disabilities other than cerebral palsy, including Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum POLICY, PRINCIPLES AND POSITIONS Policy, Principles and Positions.
