MASTER OF SCIENCE IN GLOBAL HEALTH DELIVERY The Master of Science in Global Health Delivery (MGHD) is UGHE’s flagship academic program. Modeled after a similar program at Harvard Medical School, the MGHD provides a one-of-a-kind learning experience fundamentally rooted in the principles of global health, One Health, epidemiology, global health policy, management, health finance, andleadership.

Judy is a registered community health nurse/ midwife and recognized nursing leader in Africa with over 25 years’ experience in clinical nursing and education programs. She has led HIV programs and provided technical support to NGOs and the public sector, working JEAN CHRISTIAN NUMVIYE, MBA, ACCA, CPA He is a full member in good standing of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda.
