No problems with the draw rules and some of the reviews on here are just from people who are too stupid to read the rules. My one complaint is since I bought 3 days ago I have been bombarded with spam email from all sorts of places. I have gone from getting 1 or 2 spam emails a day to 200+. Omaze is the only new place I have given myemail.
COVID HOME TEST REVIEWS I ordered day 2 and day 8 covid tests from fusion radiation on the government approved list. I paid £180. The tests arrived together on day 1. I did the test on day 2 which was a Sunday and put into a priority post box. Had no communication and had to chase for the results the following Friday. BREATHE ASSURED REVIEWS Five stars for customer support. The nurse, Michelle, who helped me was very friendly and professional. I love that I could get an affordable test with a result in only 15 minutes! Saves a lot of stress of waiting for things to arrive perfectly on time in the mail! Go with breathe assured! Reply. RANDOX HEALTH REVIEWS Randox has genuinely appalling customer service. The only part of the website that works is the charging part. Once you want to return the kits, it does not work and fails to register your covid PCR kit and stops working. I tried calling the customer service at different times, several times and on different days. ULTRAONLINEUK REVIEWS A pleasant experience, no complaints. There are a lot of negative reviews for Ultra Online and I can't help but think the people leaving them don't understand how grey imports work. WRITING A SECOND EVEN WORST REVIEW - NO PROTECTION AGAINST SCAMMERS Writing a second even worst review. Reason? Scammed by a second creator. Wrote last month a first review about a creator that I started talking and she said "send me 170 usd and I will do that for you". Guess what.. 2 months later I am still waiting for it. Talking to the creator does not work. I am just lied and led on for several and several weeks. Got tired of waiting and opened a ticket with support, and of course I was told the usual BS that all tips and contributions are voluntary and final and no refund can be provided. How come? Where do you trace the line on what is voluntary or not? Do I need to have a gun to my head for it to stop being voluntary? OF, if I go to your house and say "hey I will cut your grass for 50 bucks" and you agreed and give me the money and I just disappear with it? Are you going to say "oh well.. it was a voluntary contribution so I guess I lost that money... ces't la vie!".. this was from my firsttime scammed...

Or for anyone that also contributed? OF, the practice of your website is almost criminal if I could say. I am done with this website that gives NO PROTECTION AT ALL to fans that simply want to enjoy some content without being scammed. Brace yourselves, someone from OF will respond to this saying they found me and will contact me directly, which I am sure they will just repeat, this time in private, that all tips are voluntary and they can't process anything. ONLYFANS TRIPLE CHARGED AND NO REFUND Onlyfans triple charged me with 2 failed and 1 succeed transactions for the same subscription. I emailed to their support asking for refund those 2 but they refuse to do anything because the status is "Transaction could not be processed". I used debit card which means every transaction is going charge directly to my bank account and I also checked with my bank and they confirmed with me that I was truly charged by Onlyfans. At the moment that I hit the Subscribe button I did receive "Transaction could not be processed" too but when I look at my bank transaction my money is gone even I receive that fail message then who charged me ? GLITCHY AND SHADY
I'm with many others who find the site irritatingly glitchy. It's sheer laziness in coding. Or it's intentional. And the following is an infuriating response from them: "We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please clear your browser's cache and cookies and log back in again. Our website does not support browser extensions, plugins, and add-ons that might interfere with users' content. Please make sure you do not have any of these plugins installed in your web browser, log out from the website, and re-launch. Please make sure you do not use a VPN service or Proxy while accessing OnlyFans.com." They don't seem to get that the consumer shouldn't have to jump through their hoops to use the site. And exactly WHY shouldn't I be able to use a VPN or Proxy? What are they up to, exactly? Let's face it, it is almost universally true that services around sex work and pornography are going to be a little sleezy and shady anduser unfriendly.
Also, one might want to contact the Better Business Bureau about problems with billing. OnlyFans has zero interest in holding "creators" accountable or making sure they provide an accurate representation of their content before one subscribes. It is the rule rather than the exception that a potential subscriber is given a fair preview of what to expect before subscribing. The only solution is for OnlyFans to be more honest. CUSTOM CONTENT NOT DELIVERED My major complaint about this site is that Creators consistently lie about creating custom content. The creators break their promises about delivery timeframe and they are not penalized in any way. I have escalated to customer support on two occasions and I did finally receive the content by the creator in one instance and a refund in another. However, the content was clearly suboptimal and certainly not best effort. The creator simply became angry that I escalated. This was after waiting a month and a half for content that was promised to be delivered in a week. I currently have content requests out that I have paid for that have not been received. I have waited over 6 weeks for one, 4 weeks for another, and three weeks for the last one. There needs to be some "teeth" built in promises for custom - some penalties if there are failed breaches in agreements or hold money in escrow until content is delivered. Because once you escalate, the creator is likely to deliver less than desirable content but will meet the letter of the law. I think once I receive these last pieces of outstanding content or refunds, I'm done with this site unless there are some revisions on how customs are handled.Useful 2

SITE NEEDS A SERIOUS UI UPDATE While the site is fine from a payment perspective, it's basically unusable. There were geocities sites in the early 2000's that were smoother and easier to use reliably. It took like 17 tries and 45 minutes to just pay them. Considering they take a 25% cut of all payments, you'd hope they'd put that hundreds of millions of dollars into designing something that worked well for creators and customers.But nope.

SCAMMED BY 'CONTENT CREATOR' WHO… Scammed by 'content creator' who refused to provide content at advertised price. Raised the price after I paid in a clear bait and switch, which is illegal. OF would not provide a refund despite screenshots. OF then deleted the chats. OF is a scam operation. AvoidUseful 3

MY ACCOUNT GOT HACKED AND $700 WAS… My account got hacked and $700 was taken from my account. I provided a bank statement to show it wasn’t me yet they still couldn’t refund me. And I was told it’s my fault I got hacked.Useful 1

WORSE WEBSITE FOR BUSINESS Scammers , Deleted my account & once when i tried to make new account they automatically deleted it without no warnings. “Accounts are typically being deleted due to suspicious/fraudulent activity, issuing a chargeback claim, creating multiple profiles” they send same emails to every creator or fan that makes a account from their website but never give chances to change anything . I am a creator & I tried multiple times to email supporting team & it’s definitely the worse customer service i had in SW industry. Yes , I created few accounts because I was confused with on why my accounts keep getting deleted. There’s customers out here in the world reporting to stop creators money plus some creators too because of jealousy. On my last account I had over $1500-$2000 left on my account “PENDING” & the follow day MY ACCOUNT GETS DELETED for nooooo reason. There’s a lot of creators that makes multiple accounts and don’t get punished or anything. I never scam anyone nor catfishUseful 2

LEET START BY SAYING THAT THIS SITE… Leet start by saying that this site stole from me 150 USDHow was it done?
Believe it or not someone created fake accounts on it and I have no idea how they got my payment details and they deducted 50 USD eachaccount!
The weird thing is that these accounts had absolutely no contents! Which should have been obvious to onlyfans support team Anyways I contacted the site they kept me waiting for a couple of days and then replied that they refunded my money on the same day! Which isnot true of course
So they asked for a pdf bank statement which I provided and since then - that was before 10 days ago-they keep ignoring all my email! Needless to say everything I mentioned here - the correspondence - Ihave prove of

SECURITY IS CODED BY 3 YEAR OLDS. Account hacked never happened to me before, fraudulent activity, crap security clearly, refunded in lower exchange rate, not returned the non transaction fee, if I stop one person from entering email and card details, I hope I've saved someone the money I've lost because they have useless security and terrible customer service, only used it for short period of time didn't delete details or go back to, over 100 pounds down because they've leaked my details, and I hope they are shut down, please heed my warning, do not use! I've lost money not been fully refunded because of foreign transaction fees and refunded me at different exchange rates, I have been robbed by your lack of security and you've not reimbursed me the full amount, do not ever put your details into this website, save yourself the misery and mental health problems I've suffered being maxed on my overdraft and having even more money lost, thanks only fans, sort your life out. All well and good saying I didn't have 2 step, you never emailed me about a change of email, and I've never had an account hacked before, so thanks for blaming the consumer, when your security has failed and I've been charged, sort your security put and admit your mistake,goodbye.
