Unitaid is a global health agency engaged in finding innovative solutions to prevent, diagnose and treat diseases more quickly, cheaply and effectively, in low- and middle-income countries. Apply for funding Unitaid provides health partners with financial grants to accelerate innovation in global health. Through Calls for Proposals, we find smart new ideas to help to alleviate the burden of diseases such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, which often affect the poorest people in society.. A review committee of independent experts in global health helps us to choose the best ACCELERATING TOOLS TO DRIVE TUBERCULOSIS (TB) DETECTION Accelerating tools to drive tuberculosis (TB) detection. Unitaid’s $33 million project with Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) will advance artificial intelligence-based screening tools and introduce new portable devices for treatment of precancerous lesions.
