The Department of Education’s students dataset provides enrolled student numbers and full-time equivalent load for all higher education providers, with a breakdown by institution, broad field of study, and various student demographics. The Department also provides statistics on award course completions. INDIGENOUS HIGHER EDUCATION THE FACTS ON UNIVERSITY FUNDING Students and universities have contributed around $3.9 billion in net savings between 2011–12 and 2016–17. Major cuts already made include (but are not limited to): Changes to Student Start-up Scholarship ($1.41 billion) Cuts to the Sustainable Research Excellence (SRE) scheme ($648.8 million) Removing performance fundingfor universities

This includes national standards to govern the delivery of international education, as well as rules around international visas.
