Your Transcript gives you access to training reported to the national VET collections. It will show information on nationally recognised training you have completed since 2015. It won’t show other forms of training or training completed before 2015. More information on what will be included is available on our website ( n eedslink)UPDATE YOUR DETAILS
Before you start. You need 1 form of identification to update your first name, last name or date of birth. You do not need any identification to update your preferred name, gender or contactdetails.

An education or training provider cannot activate your USI. NATIONALLY RECOGNISED TRAINING Nationally recognised training is any program or training that leads to vocational qualifications and credentials recognised across Australia. It includes: studying at a public (eg TAFE) or private training provider. completing an apprenticeship, certificate or diploma course. Find nationally recognised training. SEARCH | UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER The Office of the Student Identifiers Registrar acknowledges the traditional owners and custodians of country throughout Australia and acknowledges their continuing connection to EMAILING OR PRINTING A USI When you create a USI you can: email your USI to your education or training provider. print your USI to provide to your provider. This makes it easier for providers to verify a USI. Both options display the following USI account holder details: the USI. first name. VERIFY A STUDENT USI Verify a student USI. All training organisations are required to verify the USIs they collect from students in accordance with section 14 of the Student Identifiers Act 2014. This ensures the correct USI is being used for the student. You need the following details to verify the USI: USI. first/given name.STUDENT HELP/FAQS
Go to Find your USI. Follow the prompts to retrieve your USI. You must use the same personal details that are saved in your USI account. Depending on the options you choose to retrieve your USI, we will send your USI to your phone, email or it will display on screen. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. Once higher education students have created a USI, they need to provide it to their university at enrolment. Higher education students are asked not to use the USI email option in the Student Portal, as each university has a different process tosupply a USI.

Between the hours of 11.30pm AEST on Friday 18 June 2021 to 7.00am AEST on Monday 21 June 2021 there will be an impact on myGovID in part or in full as the ATO office works through system updates.
