VAUGHAN ARCHIVES
The main role of the City of Vaughan Archives is to manage government records with long-term business value. The Archives also collects and preserves valuable, non-government records from the Vaughan community that document its heritage. As part of the City's COVID-19 response, the City of Vaughan Archives remains closed to the public at thistime.
CAMPS - VAUGHAN
As Vaughan’s largest camp provider (proudly serving the community for over 30 years!), Recreation Services has been providing children and youth a variety (over 80 camps!) of fun and exciting camps that allow them to explore, create, learn and (of course!) play. And through it all, making new friends, building confidence and increasingtheir independence.

Development charges are fees paid for new developments, re-developments, change of use and expansions for residential and non-residential buildings or structures. Fees collected help pay for city growth-related infrastructure. Changing a building’s use from residential to non-residential or from industrial to commercial mayresult in

ENGINEERING DESIGN CRITERIA AND STANDARD DRAWINGS The Engineering Design Criteria and Standard Drawings (EDCSD) provides guidance for City Staff, Developers, Engineering consultants, Design Professionals, Contractors and others that are engaged in the design and construction of municipal infrastructure in the City of Vaughan. The EDCSD shall be read in conjunction with other current related GYPSY MOTH PREVENTION This summer, residents may notice a certain type of caterpillar or moth on trees throughout Vaughan. These could be Gypsy Moths – destructive pests that were spotted throughout the community last year and have been found on approximately 500 species of trees. Gypsy Moths are invasive insects that were first seen in Ontario in 1969. As caterpillars, they are dark-coloured, hairy and have aPARKING PERMITS

Permit Applications. Permits are issued for a variety of construction projects for residential, industrial, commercial and institutional buildings including demolitions. They are also issued for plumbing, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), septic and tentinstallations.
PROPERTY INFORMATION REQUESTS A property survey is a document that outlines the property boundaries and the size of a lot. To request a search of the City’s records for a property survey must be made by the owner (proof of ownership required) or authorized agents (letter of authorization from the owner required) of the property. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS On-lot parking is only allowed on properties with lot frontages that measure six metres (about 19.6 feet) or greater. Soft landscaping requirements will still apply.
