O n October 9th 1923, the Vista Theatre opened as the Lou Bard Playhouse to a packed Hollywood audience. The film playing was "Tips" starring Baby Peggy and it would be the first of many movies to grace the theatre's silver screen. Today, the Vista remains a fixture in the heart of Tinsel Town and heads toward the WELCOME TO VINTAGE CINEMAS Vintage Cinemas thanks the talented people that provided these photographic memories of these one of a kind events: Diana Alvarado, Robert Hoffman, Bobbi Kitchens, Betty Pietak, Tri Tran, Alfonso Castaneda, and Jon Weinberg.
