Millionaires Walk makes up a small part of the Sorrento Portsea Artists’ Trail, with four of the fourteen sites that comprise the trail located along Millionaires Walk. Fingal Beach Walk. Enjoy a picnic in the peaceful Fingal Picnic Area located two kilometres north of Cape Schanck. This area was subdivided for housing but was re- purchased by the government from 1974 to 1977 and is now part of the Mornington Peninsula National Park. Facilities at the site include electric barbecues, toilets, tables and a ball COOLART WOODLANDS WALKING TRACKS A series of walking tracks run throughout the park allowing you to explore coastal woodlands, wetland areas, lagoons and the formal gardens surrounding the Homestead. Coolart is a wonderful place for bird watching where you may see over 60 species in one day. The best place to watch them is from the Minsmere Hide and wetland and woodlandwalks.
FLINDERS BLOWHOLE WALKING TRACK Beware of large sea swells and slippery bluestone rocks when exploring near the blowhole. The Tootgarook Swamp, or Boneo Swamp, as it is sometimes referred, is a Ground Water Dependent Ecosystem and the largest example left of an Shallow freshwater marsh in the Port Phillip bay and Western Port region. WARRINGINE PARK & BITTERN COASTAL WETLANDS BOARDWALK Pick and Mix what you like - walk along coastline, through bushland, alongside creeks, or down to the sea. THE BAY TRAIL (SAFETY BEACH TO SORRENTO) The 25km Mornington Peninsula Bay Trail extends along the Port Phillip coast from Safety Beach to Sorrento. This shared pathway offer walkers and cyclists great views as it winds its way along the foreshore reserve and is flanked by the beautiful sandy bay beaches and clear waters of Port Phillip. STEFANIE RENNICK WALK (TWO BAYS WALKING TRACK) This 1.1 km section between Duells Road and Browns Road, follows what was a 20-metre wide unused road reserve. This part of the Two Bays Walking Track was jointly developed by Parks Victoria, the Friends of Arthurs Seat State Park and the Federation of Victorian Walking Clubs after receiving a Parks Victoria Community Grant in 1998. GREENS BUSH TO LIGHTWOOD CAMP WALK Greens Bush to Lightwood Camp Walk. Add To trip Planner. This walk is an excellent way to see some of the more scenic parts of Greens Bush, part of the 26 km bush corridor between Dromana and Cape Schanck. The Greens Bush section of the Mornington Peninsula National Park is the largest area of remnant vegetation on the Mornington Peninsula. EASTERN SISTERS PATHWAY Eastern Sisters Pathway. Eastern Sisters Headland connects Camerons Bight to Sullivan Bay at Sorrento provides easy access around the historic Eastern Sister Headland situated at the northern end of Camerons Bight and the southern end of Sullivan Bay. The 270-metre-long rock revetment is topped with a two-metre-wide crushedrock pathway.
BUSHRANGERS BAY WALKING TRACK Bushrangers Bay Walking Track. This walk gives you two ways to access the beautiful Bushrangers Bay. Named after two escaped convicts, the bay comprises of a sandy beach surrounded by basalt cliffs. Cycling trails and bike tracks. At last count, there were more than 30 cycle trails and bike tracks right throughout the Peninsula, including the new 25 km Peninsula Link bike trail. So this is simply brilliant cycling territory. Come and spin your wheels on kilometres of smooth sealed paths along the coastline - or if you’re a mountain biker you’ll find plenty of challenges. COOLART WOODLANDS WALKING TRACKS A series of walking tracks run throughout the park allowing you to explore coastal woodlands, wetland areas, lagoons and the formal gardens surrounding the Homestead. Coolart is a wonderful place for bird watching where you may see over 60 species in one day. The best place to watch them is from the Minsmere Hide and wetland and woodlandwalks.
