For family coverage, dependents cannot enroll unless the sponsor enrolls. When you receive medical care under CHCBP, you will be responsible for paying an annual deductible and cost-shares for covered services. If TRICARE East providers have a patient with complex cases who may benefit from case management, please refer them for these services in self-service. DME FOR TRICARE EAST DME refers to supplies that are necessary for the treatment, habilitation or rehabilitation of a beneficiary. The equipment should provide the medically appropriate level of performance and quality for the medical condition present. Note: Some Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and medical Supplies (DMEPOS) are a limitedbenefit.
APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS (ABA) RESOURCES FOR PROVIDERS Authorized ABA supervisors must complete an ABA assessment, develop an individual treatment plan and supervise all services provided by assistant behavior analysts and behavior technicians.
