HUNECKE.DE | PANEL ABSORBERS Panel absorbers are yet another form of resonant oscillating mass-spring systems. A panel absorber consists of a flat panel made of wood, metal, gypsum board, or plastic material that is arranged in front of an enclosed air volume. HUNECKE.DE | MICRO-PERFORATED ABSORBERS Micro-perforated absorbers consist of a perforated plate with a multitude of tiny holes arranged in front of an enclosed air volume. When excited by a sound wave the mass of air in the holes oscillates in front of the elastic air volume. In porous absorbers the oscillation of the air particles is slowed down by the porous or fibrous structure of the material. As a result, frictional heat is produced. In rooms the sound level is characterized by two different sound fields, the direct sound field and the diffuse sound field. HUNECKE.DE | NACHHALLZEIT Die Nachhallzeit ist die Zeit, die vergeht, bis der Schallpegel im Raum um 60 dB abgefallen ist. Wie groß die Nachhallzeit in einem bestimmten Raum ist, hängt hauptsächlich von den Absorptionseigenschaften der Wände, des Bodens und der Decke, der Einrichtung sowie dem Raumvolumen ab. Herzlich willkommen. Ich möchte Ihnen hier einen Teil meiner Tätigkeiten auf dem Fachgebiet der Raumakustik vorstellen. Unter dem Punkt Wissen finden Sie eine Kurzfassung der Vorlesung, die ich vor einigen Jahren als Lehrbeauftragter an der Fachhochschule in Stuttgart für Studenten der Bauphysik gehalten habe.
