EASY SALMON CURRY
Sauté for 2 minutes. Add the curry powder and stir. Add the tomatoes and coconut milk. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chunks of salmon, stir and simmer for 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Once cooked, carefully stir in the mango chutney, lime juice and coriander (cilantro). Three: Add the peppers, onion, chicken, tikka seasoning and 1 ActiFry spoon full of olive oil to the ActiFry. Four: Put on setting 6 for 22 minutes. Step by step. One: Mix together the seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil. Two: Put the lamb on a large baking tray. Rub the seasoning mix over the lamb, making sure it is all covered. Three: Put in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan) / 360°F / gas mark 4, for 4 hours. Four: Once cooked, let the meat rest for 15 minutes.SALMON CASSEROLE
Reduce the oven heat to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5. Two: Put the potato slices in a pan of boiling water and then reduce to a simmer for 4-5 minutes. Three: Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes). Add the salmon to the onion and spinach. 10 MINUTE VEGETABLE TERIYAKI Instructions. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add all of the vegetables and cook for 7 minutes. Mix together the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce. Once the vegetables have cooked, add the sauce, stir and gently cook for a further 2 minutes. HEALTHY TERIYAKI SAUCE How to store healthy teriyaki sauce. We find that this sauce is the perfect amount for 4 people in a stir fry, however if you have extra sauce (you could double the amount to have leftovers), then it can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks, or in the freezer for 3months.
