FACT SHEET: SUCCINEIDAEIDPHY - ITP
Molecular and morphological identification of Phytophthora species based on the types and other well-authenticated specimens. IDphy was developed to facilitate accurate and efficient identification of Phytophthora to species, using type specimens from the original descriptions for reference wherever possible.IDphy emphasizes species of high economic impact and species of regulatory concern for FACT SHEET: SUBULINA OCTONA Description. This species measures 14-17 mm high, with 8-9 whorls. The shell is long and narrow with a small, ovate aperture (mouth). The shell of this species is thin, translucent and glossy. The color ranges from colorless to pale yellow-brown. The body of the animal is pale yellow. This species may be confused with Allopeas gracile;however

FEDERAL NOXIOUS WEEDS DISSEMINULES OF THE US Federal Noxious Weed Disseminules of the United States. T his interactive tool provides photographs, text, and keys that aid in determining whether or not an unknown disseminule (e.g., seed, fruit) found as a contaminant in imported botanicals and agricultural products is a federal noxious weed (FNW) and is therefore actionable. FACT SHEET: NUTRIENT DEFICIENCY Nutrient deficiencies may manifest on leaves resulting in chlorosis, enlarged or shrunken leaves, raised veins, unusual leaf patterns and changes in leaf coloration. For example, zinc deficiency will appear on new foliage throughout the tree in contrast to early HLB symptoms which are restricted to a single or a few shoots. Host range. FACT SHEET: LIMAX MAXIMUS They are able to mate while suspended on a thread of mucus and generally produces oval eggs, in clusters (50-130) that are approximately 5-5.5 mm in diameter. The total number of eggs laid by this species throughout its lifetime is roughly 650-850. Mating occurs in spring and autumn. They have a lifespan of approximately three tofour years.
FACT SHEET: DEROCERAS RETICULATUM Ecology. This slug prefers modified habitats, such as garden, greenhouses, roadsides and fields. The diet of D. reticulatum is primarilly constituted of living plant material but this slug is an omnivore and may consume mushrooms, dead slugs, earthworms and other animal matter. This species is especially destructive to seedlings andsucculent plants.
FACT SHEET: TRISTEZA Tristeza is vectored by several species of aphid the most efficient being the brown citrus aphid Toxoptera citricida (Kirklady).Where T. citricida does occur, Aphis gossypii (Glover), the cotton/melon aphid, is the primary vector. The aphid can acquire the virus after feeding on infected plants for 5-60 minutes; but loses the ability to transmit the virus after 24 hours.__
