More than 1 billion people have been lifted out of extreme poverty since 1990, with major gains made in health, education, and economic development that contribute to human well-being. MATERNAL & CHILD HEALTH Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programming supports programs aimed at ending preventable child and maternal deaths.
