This is a true comfort-food, delicious with butter or with my Dairy-Free Coconut Cream Cheese. This bread has major health benefits including: It is high in protein, Omega-3, vitamin, and low carb nutrition from sprouted rye, chia seeds, and eggs. Yay! Easy to make! Just blend, pour in pan, and bake.HOMEMADE MAYO
Homemade mayonnaise is way better than store-bought. It contains real lemon juice, healthy oils, and tastes great in salads or dips. This is also a vegan mayonnaise recipe and a Paleo mayo, made without soy or eggs. So it’s perfect for picnics and packed lunches, as it can sit out of the refrigerator all day with no worries. And it’s instant so you can use it immediately. AVOID! THE TOXIC TRUTH ABOUT STEVIA In summary, sweet stevia glycosides are extracted using methanol, a toxic, colorless, volatile flammable liquid alcohol. This method has been used for decades. The major drawback is that a toxic solvent like methanol is difficult to remove. Trace amounts are harmful toNO TOMATO SAUCE
Put them into a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the water, salt, pepper, Vitamin C, lemon juice, and olive oil. Bring to a boil and immediately turn down to simmer for 45 minutes.
