Father Chris Rupert died early on the morning of October 16, 2019, in the Supportive Care Unit at Lakeridge Hospital in Oshawa, Ontario. He was in his 83rd year and was a Jesuit for 60 years. Jesuit Father William J. Harmless died on Oct. 14, 2014. He was 61 years old, a Jesuit for 36 years, and a priest for 27 years. DECIDING LIKE A JESUIT Fr.
