PRACTICING SCENERY THROUGH VIDEO GAME ART If you’ve followed this blog for long, you may have read me roasting myself about various art-related weaknesses. Every artist, amateur and professional alike, has certain things that come easier and others that just don’t click. EXCEL FUNCTION CHEAT SHEET For example, can be used for date of birth and date of death. In this example, L3 is birth and M3 is death. The first function will return “present” if they do not have a date of death, or return the date if they do: =IF (AND (L3=””,M3=””),””,IF (M3=””,”present”,TEXT (M3,”yyyy”))) The CRYPTOCURRENCY EXPERIMENT As we approach the new year, the cryptocurrency markets are booming once again. It seems like all major altcoins are surging, and Bitcoin itself is approaching $20,000. At this point, my cryptocurrency purchase experiment is approaching the five month mark. I had purchased coins in three separate batches, but now I’ve just added afourth.
MASS SHOOTING DATA UPDATE, IDEAS TO REVERSE THE TREND Mother Jones data (with open source supplements) show a steady increase in mass shooting events over the past few years, with an extremely high surge in total number of victims in 2017. Much of the increase in 2017 is attributable to the Las Vegas shooting, which was the worst I’ve seen from this data. GVA data does not include enoughyears

If you don’t use an ad-blocker, you may have noticed for the most part this site doesn’t have advertisements anymore. I previously had a few through WordAds, hoping the site could help pay for itself. Unfortunately, I received a pop-up ad on my own website! That wasn’t supposed to happen, so I just removed them. One exception is that you might see some Amazon affiliate links – ads I specifically built for products I use (like my favorite pencils) or created (such as my book). As long as they play nice and aren’t annoying, they can stay. If you’re interested in supporting Amdall Gallery, there are plenty of ways to do so. The Store is probably best if you wanted to help keep the site running, since you would get something tangible out of it too. Anyway, thanks for visiting and I hope you’ve enjoyed it!
