FLAVORFUL LOW FODMAP FISH TACOS Instructions. Season fish with cumin, chipotle chili powder, salt and pepper, set aside. In medium skillet, add 2 teaspoons oil and warm skillet to medium heat. Add fish flesh side down to sear and cook for 3-5 minutes and flip and cook another 3-5 minutes or until fish cooked through, opaque and flaking. While fish is cooking, mix up lime aioli.
