MULE IGNITER

I get a pulsed change of impedence out of the coil pulser. I then get ~3v pulsed to the coil. When I ohm the igniter out it doesn't match the chart in themanual.

New thermostat, new water pump, flushed all lines and radiator, checked radiator for good flow, filled and refilled after circulation, etc. It still overheats. VALVE ADJUSTMENT ON 610 A 610 started and run for short periods every day, such as in feeding the horses, will likely need valve adjustments around once a year and will be no where near the recommended time interval. That is because such use is severe service and harder on the engine. A 610 used by security patrols where they are started and run for extended use MOWER ATTACHMENTS FOR MULE? Turns out it is made by Swisher, with a label stuck on it. It works great! It has a 10 hp briggs engine on it and you tow the whole deck around like a trailer. You could pull it with a smaller atv, but I don't have one. The only gotcha is that the control handle (blade engage & on/off key) is too short to reach to the cab of the Mule. TIRE PRESSURE CLASSIC 1500 Don't know why-- these are not Ford Explorers. With Nomads, low front tire pressure is asking for trouble and serious tire wobble, esp cornering. Classics use a 130/90, so it might not be as bad, but there's no logical reason to underinflate (from mfg recommendation onsidewall).

Go to Kawasaki.com and follow the Owner Info links to their instructions on how to locate the model and serial numbers to nail down an exact year, but any of the manuals are just fine for the series. HELP, KX65 IDENTIFY YEAR MANUFACTURER. VIN IS ONLY 15 Discussion Starter · #1 · May 22, 2016. Hello, My sons kx65 only has 15 digits, 1KBKX065AAA0204. Can anyone help identify it's year? But, I noticed my owner's manual says the psi front and back should be 28. However, when I picked it up from the dealer the tires were inflated to 41psi which is the max on the side of my Dunlops. Larry Covington. Hi, I am new to this forum and have a problem with my 2000 550 Mule. After sitting for 2 months doing a restoration the Mule won't start. No spark even after installing a new plug. Took the coil assembly to the dealer (no ignitor on my Mule) and the coil tested OK. After installing & checking gap to flywheel still no spark. A 610 used by security patrols where they are started and run for extended use WON'T IDLE WITHOUT CHOKE ON This is normal, however, once it has warmed up, it still will not idle without the choke open. As long as the choke is at least halfway open, it idles fine. When I try to close the choke, it shuts off. Also, when I get on the throttle, it will shut off unless the choke is abouthalfway open. I
MULE 3010 DIES AFTER 10 SECONDS OR SO OF RUNNING Start it, and watch the fuel run into the container. If the fuel continues to pump, and the engine stops after ten seconds you will know the relay and fuel pump are good, remove the T and double check the ignition. 4010 MULE SURGING
Discussion Starter • #1 • Feb 6, 2013. I have a 2011 mule 4010 that surges at low RPM. it idles ok at start but if i slowly accelerate it gets really sticky and surges. if I floor it it runs great. I have changed out the injectors and cleaned the fuel pump screen. I suspect the Throttle sensors may be the real issue but Idont have the

CHARGING FAULT ON KLF300 My KLF300 stood for a while and the battery didn't have enough power to start the bike with the electric starter. Got it running with the hand-pull but still it wouldn't charge. Tried a battery charger but the battery just wouldn't take any current, I presume the plates mustbe coated in

WON'T IDLE WITHOUT CHOKE ON This is normal, however, once it has warmed up, it still will not idle without the choke open. As long as the choke is at least halfway open, it idles fine. My rear cylinder is not firing and the rear ignition coil's secondary wiring reading is showing "open". The manual says to remove the torque convertor and then the starter, seemslike a LOT of

MFolks. I'd suggest for heavier current circuits (30 amps) at least 12 gauge wire. For most others,16 and 18 gauge will work although some turn signal wiring can be as small as 20 gauge. American Wire Gauge (AWG) works backwards in sizing, that is 20 gauge is many times small in diameter than say, 8 gauge.MULE IGNITER

New thermostat, new water pump, flushed all lines and radiator, checked radiator for good flow, filled and refilled after circulation, etc. It still overheats. CHARGING FAULT ON KLF300 My KLF300 stood for a while and the battery didn't have enough power to start the bike with the electric starter. Got it running with the hand-pull but still it wouldn't charge. Tried a battery charger but the battery just wouldn't take any current, I presume the plates mustbe coated in

However, when I picked it up from the dealer the tires were inflated to 41psi which is the max on the side of my Dunlops. Took the coil assembly to the dealer (no ignitor on my Mule) and the coil tested OK. After installing & checking gap to flywheel still no spark. Go to Kawasaki.com and follow the Owner Info links to their instructions on how to locate the model and serial numbers to nail down an exact year, but any of the manuals are just fine for the series. MFolks. I'd suggest for heavier current circuits (30 amps) at least 12 gauge wire. For most others,16 and 18 gauge will work although some turn signal wiring can be as small as 20 gauge. American Wire Gauge (AWG) works backwards in sizing, that is 20 gauge is many times small in diameter than say, 8 gauge. I get a pulsed change of impedence out of the coil pulser. I then get ~3v pulsed to the coil. When I ohm the igniter out it doesn't match the chart in themanual.

4000/4010 MULE STALLS Kawasaki is not the only fuel injection system that defines the upstream throttle valve as a sub-throttle. It is a pretty common practice. If the main throttle servo were disabled, you would be lucky to get the Mule to move. When I got it, it had been cut out and wire nutted. I put a new fuse holder in it and a 5 amp. fuse, but my bike and most others I have seen hold a 30 amp.KZ650 IDLE PROBLEMS

Now I have been reading my clymer manual and it says that if could be the starter clutch. Is this as complicated to replace as the manual makes it MEAN STREAK PROBLEMS? 1,099 Posts. #7 · May 2, 2008. VALVE ADJUSTMENT ON 610 A 610 started and run for short periods every day, such as in feeding the horses, will likely need valve adjustments around once a year and will be no where near the recommended time interval. That is because such use is severe service and harder on the engine. A 610 used by security patrols where they are started and run for extended use WHEN TO REPLACE ROTORS? Service Limit Front: 4.5mm (0.28 in) Rear: 6.0mm (0.24 in) Brake Disc Warp: Standard: 0.1mm (0.004 in) or less. Service Limit: 0.3mm (0.01 in) Soft brake pads are easier on the rotors, as long as they are not overheating the rotor which could cause warpage. Hard brake pads (overly hard) will actually wear out the rotors. 3010 MULE STARTING PROBLEM 3,787 Posts. #3 · Jul 17, 2011. The 3010 has an electric fuel pump. You should hear the pump start and run when you turn on the key. Let it pump a minute, then try to start the Mule. I have changed out the injectors and cleaned the fuel pump screen. I suspect the Throttle sensors may be the real issue but Idont have the

Kawasaki uses straight cut gears that are more durable and noisier. They are a great used motorcycle value for sure. Afterwards i test rode a 2006 Honda Goldwing with only 8k miles. While it was cranking I noticed that there was air coming back through the carb. ENGINE SWAP FOR MY MULE The green mule had an engine but it has a hole in the back of the block hense the Yamaha swap. I hear the engines in these Mules are a little low on HP for the size of the vehicle anyway. I'm trying to decide how to do all the hookups with the engine setting inplace and looking forward. The Yamaha is shaft drive with CW rotation. WON'T IDLE WITHOUT CHOKE ON This is normal, however, once it has warmed up, it still will not idle without the choke open. As long as the choke is at least halfway open, it idles fine. When I try to close the choke, it shuts off. Also, when I get on the throttle, it will shut off unless the choke is abouthalfway open. I
MOWER ATTACHMENTS FOR MULE? Turns out it is made by Swisher, with a label stuck on it. It works great! It has a 10 hp briggs engine on it and you tow the whole deck around like a trailer. You could pull it with a smaller atv, but I don't have one. The only gotcha is that the control handle (blade engage & on/off key) is too short to reach to the cab of the Mule.550 MULE - NO SPARK
Larry Covington. Hi, I am new to this forum and have a problem with my 2000 550 Mule. After sitting for 2 months doing a restoration the Mule won't start. No spark even after installing a new plug. Took the coil assembly to the dealer (no ignitor on my Mule) and the coil tested OK. After installing & checking gap to flywheel still no spark.
