I'm so glad I got my house cleaned before our trip to California, so I just need to unpack and do some grocery shopping. I'll get back to work on some new projects tomorrow, but today I've got a round-up of free printables for the kitchen to share with you. I love the versatility of these images. MAKE YOUR OWN ANTIQUE PHOTOS CABINET CARDS Use the overlay tool to select the empty frame image you saved, and position it over your photo, checking to make sure it fits within the opening. If you need to change the size, go back to the other tab you still have open to make the changes. Here’s the 1800’s version of me, that’s more fitting with the time period of cabinet cards. RUSTY OLD SHOVEL FLOWER SIGN FOR MY JUNK GARDEN Rusty Old Shovel Flower Sign for My Junk Garden Last week I mentioned I had one last project that I was working on for my junk garden, which I've finished. My memory card ate the photos I took while I was working on it, but photos aren't really needed because it was an easy project. We had this large, old shovel in our garage. The handle had rotted and broken off, and it was totally rusty and ANTIQUE MILK BOTTLE CAPS I love old milk bottles and their printed caps have such a wholesome, yesteryear look, so I thought it would be fun to share a few I have with you. The nice thing about having the image of the real thing is that although milk caps are small, you can take the image and make it much larger, so there are a lot of projects you could use the images for. I like the red, white and blue colors on HOW TO MAKE A FARMHOUSE MILK CAN PATIO TABLE If you recall, a few weeks ago I was contemplating what to do with this old milk can that's been sitting on my front patio. I thought about painting the whole thing, but it's pretty rusty and I it has just a bit of old blue paint on it that I really loved and hated to cover up. Then I thought about just using the Milk and Cream stencil to paint just a sign on the front. DIY SHEET MUSIC PLACEMATS I really wish I was musically inclined, but one of my regrets in life is that I quit taking piano lessons when I was young. I just didn't have the patience or drive to make myself practice every day. I'd like to think that some day I'll try again, but I'm not sure I'd have any more patience or drive now than I did back then, but I do love oldsheet music.

What does it matter that we really don't have any space to put one? I'm still holding out the hope that somehow I can talk my husband into making one. I'll figure out the little details, like where we'd install it later. This one was a detailed expense record for a man named C.W. Walduck. His business card was even inside the ledger, showing his profession was a salesman in Chicago. I love it when I come across an antique ledger book. I love the simplicity of the lined pages, I love the feel of the old paper, and I love the numbered pages. The nice thing about having the image of the real thing is that although milk caps are small, you can take the image and make it much larger, so there are a lot of projects you could use the images for. I like the red, white and blue colors on DIY BARN DOOR WALL CABINET VIA KNICKOFTIME.NET I'm not a super 'wanty' person (is that a word?) but I want a barn door in my house and I want one bad. What does it matter that we really don't have any space to put one? I'm still holding out the hope that somehow I can talk my husband into making one. I'll figure out the little details, like where we'd install it later. While I patiently wait for him to agree with me that weKNICK OF TIME
