Have you completed the 2020 U.S. Census yet? Fewer than 40% of Hawai‘i households have completed it so far. Many rural residents in Kohala and Hāmākua who get their mail at P.O. boxes are reporting not receiving the postcard with a Census ID, meaning that North Hawai‘i is at risk of being undercounted—and this under-resourced—for the next 10 years. Many are able to complete the Census online without a Census ID, but some aren't because the system doesn't recognize their street addresses. Hawai‘i County has a contact person, Jane Horike (808-961-8496), who can provide assistance. She will recommend the website (2020census.gov) or calling:

Census data are the basis for funding education, healthcare, social services, government and postal services, and infrastructure. Businesses also use the data to decide where to locate offices, banks, shopping centers, and essential services. North Hawai‘i needs to be counted!
