RAJ PANJABI APPOINTED AS U Last Mile Health is thrilled to share that Co-Founder Dr. Raj Panjabi has been appointed by President Joe Biden as the President’s Malaria Coordinator to lead the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative.Panjabi, who has served as a physician and medical professor at Harvard Medical School and Brigham & Women’s Hospital, co-founded Last Mile Health, a global leader in rural community health LIBERIA - LAST MILE HEALTH Drawing on the successes of our community health worker pilot, we collaborated with the Ministry of Health and partners to design and scale the National Community Health Assistant Program to extend primary healthcare to 1.2 million people living at Liberia’s last mile. Launched in 2016, the program has transformed access to care. “WE NEED TO CLAIM OUR SEAT AT THE TABLE.” Savior Flomo Mendin is Last Mile Health’s County Manager in Grand Bassa, Liberia.
