LETTUCE BUN BURGER
For a medium cooked burger, cook each side for around 2 minutes. Add the cheese on top of each when there is only 1 more minute left to cook. Set burgers aside. Rinse Romaine leaves well and pat dry. On a plate, place one or two of the romain lettuce leaves, place the burger on top, add ketchup, then the tomato slice and then the onion. HEALTHY COCONUT RICE Instructions. Measure 1 cup of dry rice and rinse well. Set aside. In a pot, add the coconut milk, water and maple syrup, then stir to combine well. Add the rice to the pot and stir in lightly and only for a second. Bring to a boil over high heat, then change to low heat and place on pot cover. Let the rice cook for 20 minutes without touchingit.
HEALTHIER SLOW COOKER PORK CARNITAS Add the garlic and bay leaves, then pour the chicken stock and water into the slow cooker making sure that the pork is covered. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. The pork should be soft enough to easily pierce with a fork. Remove the pork, place on a plate and let cool for about 5 minutes, then shred with a fork. The pork should easily fall apart. MEXICAN MUFFIN PAN FRITTATAS Lightly grease a muffin pan and set aside. In a bowl, beat eggs with a fork or whisk until the yolk and whites are well blended. Equally distribute the egg mixture into the 6 cups of the muffin pan. Next, add 2 tbsp. of salsa, 1 tbsp of cheese, and 1tbsp of beans to each cup as well. Bake for 25 minutes, the center of each muffin should be CUCUMBER MELON INFUSED WATER Instructions. Place the cucumber slices and cut cantaloupe into a pitcher. Add the filtered water. Leave in the refrigerator overnight to let the cucumber and melon infuse the water well. Pour yourself a glass the next day and enjoy! Ingredients. 4-5 leaves Romaine Lettuce, chopped (use romaine hearts) 2 Cremini Mushrooms, chopped. 4 Grape Tomatoes, quartered. ⅓ Zucchini, chopped. ⅛ c. Roasted/Unsalted Sunflower Seeds. ¼ c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese. ⅛ tsp. Ground Black Pepper. 2 tsp. Dressing (1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil + 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar) HEALTHY SALAD WITH SHRIMP Instructions. Sautee shrimp, with a small amount of olive oil, over medium heat. Cook the shrimp on one side for about 2 minutes, until that side is pink. Flip the shrimp over and cook on the other side for another 2 minutes. The shrimp is done once it turns bright pink and is no longer translucent. Set aside. Wash all produce well. HEALTHY ASIAN CHICKEN WINGS Place the skinless wings into a large bowl, then toss with ground pepper. Dump the sauce mixture over the wings and coat each wing well.
