Our trained coaches combine exercise with fun activities and lessons to help boys learn teamwork, build relationship skills, create friendships, grow emotionally, amplify their self-esteem, empower themselves and others, and live an active lifestyle. What is Let Me Run? Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. With a comprehensive curriculum that applies the power of running, the program encourages boys to develop their psychological, emotional LET ME RUN REGISTRATION Register to be part of a local Let Me Run team. You will need a site coordinator and 2 coaches with one being the head coach. The head coach can also serve as site coordinator. We have a 4th and 5th grade program and a 6th-8th-grade program. The season is 7 weeks long, meets twice a week, and finishes with the end-of-season 5k. LET ME RUN COACH REGISTRATION & RENEWAL Registration Instructions: Select a state to the left to find the region where you would like to register. Once a region is selected, you will be directed to Raceplannner to complete the registrationprocess.

LET ME RUN REGISTRATION Register to be part of a local Let Me Run team. You will need a site coordinator and 2 coaches with one being the head coach. The head coach can also serve as site coordinator. We have a 4th and 5th grade program and a 6th-8th-grade program. The season is 7 weeks long, meets twice a week, and finishes with the end-of-season 5k. START A LET ME RUN TEAM A minimum of 6 boys and a maximum of 14 boys. Separation between 3rd grade team (s), 4th-5th grade team (s), and 6th-8th grade team (s) because our curriculum is tailored to the needs of each age group. An hour and fifteen minute practice twice a week for 7 weeks, then an end-of-season 5K race. Access to a community 5K race.PROGRAM IMPACT

ABOUT THE LET ME RUN PROGRAM Let Me Run is much more than a running program for boys. Our trained coaches combine exercise with fun activities and lessons to help boys learn teamwork, build relationship skills, create friendships, grow emotionally, amplify their self-esteem, empower themselves and others, and live an active lifestyle. We nurture and celebrate every aspect LET ME RUN REGISTRATION Register to be part of a local Let Me Run team. You will need a site coordinator and 2 coaches with one being the head coach. The head coach can also serve as site coordinator. We have a 4th and 5th grade program and a 6th-8th-grade program. What is Let Me Run? Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. With a comprehensive curriculum that applies the power of running, the program encourages boys to develop their psychological, emotional LET ME RUN REGISTRATION Your Registration Includes: Your registration fee includes trained coaches, fourteen Let Me Run curriculum lessons, a dri-fit program t-shirt, program supplies, and a race medal — as well as the invaluable program benefits of improved social, emotional and physical health, decreased screen time, 2.5 hours of physical activity per week, a safe, supportive environment, developed self START A LET ME RUN TEAM A minimum of 6 boys and a maximum of 14 boys. Separation between 3rd grade team (s), 4th-5th grade team (s), and 6th-8th grade team (s) because our curriculum is tailored to the needs of each age group. An hour and fifteen minute practice twice a week for 7 weeks, then an end-of-season 5K race. Access to a community 5K race.PROGRAM IMPACT
