PID SETTINGS
FM2: Autotune. - Takeoff in Attitude mode - Bank1 (FM1) - Switch to Autotune (FM2) - Wait for one minute (shaking) - Land - Disarm (New autotune PIDs are copied to Bank3) Next you can check/copy the new PID found in bank3 or simply use it with Attitude for testing. FM1: Attitude + bank1. FM2: Attitude + bank3. YouTube. HOW TO CONFIGURE HOST AND PORT You're trying to connect via UDP (intended for simulators) instead of USB. If USB doesn't show up in the connections popup you may have a bad USB cable, bad usb port on the computer, bad firmware on the cc3d, or driver problems. Dgremlin. In rate trainer mode it works like rate mode but you set the rotation limits so you don't roll or flip accidently. As for learning, everyone tells me I should have started in full rate mode. I learned to fly in Rattitude mode but now I'm struggling to learn flying in full rate mode. It's harder but I think you progress faster. CC3D NOT DETECTED BY PC? ORANGE BLINKNING LIGHT If yes, your board is fine. If not, try updating firmware. Baud rate doesn't have anything to do with how many satellites it sees. 57600 is pretty much the standard rate, 9600 is too slow. Almost all the ublox GPS modules default to 9600 from the factory but are reset to 57600 by the firmware. Any NEO-6/7/8 should work fine at57600.

Pin 44 is connected directly to ground instead of through a resistor like the original cc3d. This means you can't just jumper the pin to 3.3v to get bootloader mode, you'd have to unsolder the pin f5soh mentioned and lift it or possibly cut a trace going to it. The easiest way is to do what the factory does, use a STLinkV2. O = SWDIO. K =SWCLK.

jdpworks. Just installed Libre Pilot and flashed firmware 15.09. I'm using a CC3D official from open pilot. I started with all the settings from scratch. except I am unable to get the CC3D to arm. I use Roll Left to arm and selected it after I went. through the wizard a FLIGHT CONTROLLER WITHOUT RC RECEIVER The must haves are: 1. Must be able to function without a radio control receiver. 2. Must be able to control a single aileron trim tab servo (standard RC type servo) 3. Must be able to maintain wings level and magnetic heading. 4. Hello I bought a few years ago a CC3D. Now I would like to use it (yes !) but firmware appears to be "next" and from 2013. So it is not compatible with openpilot either 15.09 or 16.09. CC3D 16.09 FIRMWARE
Hello I bought a few years ago a CC3D. Now I would like to use it (yes !) but firmware appears to be "next" and from 2013. So it is not compatible with openpilot either 15.09 or 16.09. HOW CAN I ADD SENSORS ON CC3D BOARD? Easiest is by USB cable, since RPi acts as standalone computer and has USB host controller, so it will detect Revolution or CC3D board when you connect it. When you set telemetry on USB, Revolution will send/receive telemetry data over USB. You can also use other channels such as serial on flexi port to communicate.4S OR 3S BATTERY?
The difference between 3s and 4s is the number of cells and consequently voltage. Battery 4s is heavier but has higher voltage than 3s. CANT UPGRADE MY CC3D FIRMWARE WITH LIBREPILOT Now I have the latest firmware on the board and have updated the bootloader. But when i want to run the Wizard I have the problem that I cant click next when doing the board identification. CC3D NOT CONNECTING UNDER WINDOWS 8.1 & 10 BUT OK ON Hi all Looking for some help with connecting my CC3D board I have two desktop machines one running Windows 8.1 and the other Windows 10, with bot of them when I connect my CC3D board running LibrePilot or Open Pilot the Board is shown but looking at the signal strength bar at the bottom of the screen I only get one bar shown and the software times out every time I try to do anything.
