RUNNING START PROGRAM Running Start program provides funding for college level coursework only. College level coursework is any class that is 100 level or higher and will count towards college credits, including English 101. Pre-college level coursework is any course that is below 100 level. Students who plan to earn a degree or certificate at LCC, or who plan to transfer to a four-year institution, must complete placement testing or equivalent before enrolling. ONLINE & REGISTRATION SERVICES Usernames, passwords and ID numbers. New students must obtain their LCC Username and LCC Password in order to access campus computers, library databases and their college email account. After submitting the initial request, a password is assigned, which can then be changed by submitting a request to IT Services to Change Password. ONE-STOP - LOWER COLUMBIA The One-Stop Center provides one-on-one assistance to new and returning students who are going through the admissions process at Lower Columbia College. The center also coordinates new student advising and provides continued service to students who need help applying for financial aid, activating their student accounts, submitting transcripts VIRTUAL WELCOME CENTER Testing Center/ Placement Testing.
