CONFIGURING THE HELPDESK PLUGIN MantisHub's Helpdesk plugin is available to customers on qualifying plans and provides the ability to have your users and customers email in support requests and have issues automatically created in your bug tracker. More details on how this all works in our article Using MantisHub Helpdesk to Report Issues.. Plugin Configuration. The Helpdesk plugin is installed by default so to enable this SETTING UP TIME TRACKING Setting up Time Tracking. MantisHub enables users to setup time tracking so that team members can log time against issues they are working on. This feature can be enabled by adding the following settings: Click on "Manage" menu option. Click on "Manage Configuration" menu option. Click on "Configuration Report" menuoption.

USING TIME TRACKING
The time tracking feature allows you to track time spent on issues and review and report on the information. This feature is not enabled by default so you need to go and Setup time tracking. Once you've turned it on, you will now see a new 'Time Tracking' field when you 'View Issue Details' in the 'Add Notes' section as well as a new TimeTracking Section.
