MINCE REPUBLIC
Smoked Beef Barbacoa. This recipe for smoked beef Barbacoa is made by smoking a chuck roast and then braising it in a combination of chiles and spices resulting in a tender and flavorful beef. It’s perfect for burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas or even salads. features bursting with flavor – this smoked chuck roast braised in a mix of IVDD RECOVERY: THREE MONTHS IN In case you’re new, my three year old French Bulldog Albus had grade 5 IVDD with no DPS (deep pain sensation) and had surgery on April 8, 2018. SMOKED MISSISSIPPI MUD ROAST Temp should be around 165 degrees. Remove the meat and then, in an aluminum pan or dutch oven, add in the chuck roast, sliced onion, pepperoncini, ranch seasoning, beef broth and butter (sliced into cubes). Cover with foil (or a lid) and cook until the meat is probe tender (meaning a temperature probe slides easily into the meat likebutter).
THE BEST NO BUN HAMBURGER RECIPE Instructions. Mix all patty ingredients in bowl. Form individual patties, then put on grill or cook in skillet for 5-8 minutes per side until desired doneness (I like mine medium) For arugula, toss arugula with lemon juice, let sit for 2 minutes prior to serving. Add additional toppings as wanted. CHILI CHEESE EMPANADAS Lay out empanada shells. Put two big spoonfuls of chili on one side of the empanada dough (it should cover about half of the empanada dough, leaving a little border on the edge). Top with a pinch shredded cheddar cheese. Fold over the other side of the empanada dough and squeeze the sides together. Then crimp the edge. KETO CUBAN SANDWICH RECIPE In a bag or bowl big enough for the pork, mix together olive oil, orange juice, oregano and garlic. Add pork and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. To cook, heat olive oil in a pan, add in pork and cook until cooked through. Once defrosted, heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and add Langostino. Add butter and cook for 2-3 minutes then add parsley, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Once Langostino is cooked/heat through, pull off heat and serve. *Note: Would be awesome on top of pasta, rice or intacos.

Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Add in onion and cook, stirring occasionally for five minutes. Add in carrots and broccoli. Cook for another five minutes until vegetables are starting to caramelize. Add in ground beef and break up with a spatula. Chop until small and well combined. Add in red wine vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using for best results.CAULIFLOWER TOTS

Place provolone cheese circles on a baking sheet lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Cook for 9-12 minutes until turning golden brown but not burnt.
