A strenuous 8.6 mile hike with 3900 ft in elevation gain. The trail starts in forest, graduates to meadows and ends with panoramic views of mountains including Mt Baker, Glacier Peak, Mt Rainier, Three Fingers and the Monte Cristo Peaks.ALPINE SCRAMBLE
An unexpected gem of a loop in the NE corner of Mountain Rainier National Park, this gorgeous and strenuous scramble (T2, S4) has expansive meadows and stunning views in all directions. Only for folks that are fully vaccinated. CHS 2 HIKE - KACHESS RIDGE A delightful ridge hike through open meadows with a side trip up to Kachess Beacon. Great views of the surrounding peaks and lakes. CHS 2pace (2.0-3.0 mph)

Trip Alpine Scramble - Colchuck Peak/East Route. Very strenuous Enchantments snow scramble. Early start from tent camping in a Leavenworth private residence back yard on Sunday night. DAY HIKE - NAVAHO PASS Trip Day Hike - Navaho Pass. An incredible wildflower hike, we will probably see more than 60 species blooming! Proof of vaccination is required for this hike (if you haven't already hiked with me this year, please send a photo of your vaccination card with your birthday hidden if you wish). DAY HIKE - POO POO POINT VIA HIGH SCHOOL TRAIL Beautiful evening for a hike through the woods. We watched paragliders take to the air as we ate dinner.STEWARDSHIP
This is a unique opportunity for Mountaineers wanting to remove invasive species (Scotch broom) to help protect Mt. St. Helens National Monument at spectacular Coldwater Lake on the shoulder of Mt. St. Helens. Participants can join in for 1, 2 or all 3 days.ALPINE SCRAMBLE

ALPINE SCRAMBLE
Leader's notes. Do not add yourself to this climb with out getting leader permission. This is a long, tough, three-day, overnight climb of Sluiskin Mountain and Sluiskin Mountain West, Redstone Peak, Pigeon Peak, and Old Desolate. ROCK GARDENING CLINIC This is an introduction to Rock Gardening Clinic. You Must have your Basic Sea Kayakers Badge. We’ll be looking to have fun while exploring the many features along the shore line and trying out our new boat maneuvering skills. We’ll stop somewhere along the way for lunch. Once we’ve returned to launch area; we’ll have an opportunity to practice rescues and our usual rolls just for fun..* The Mountaineers
