3 INFRASPINATUS EXERCISES TO RELIEVE PAIN AND GAIN Release Exercises for the Infraspinatus. Take a lacrosse ball or tennis ball, whichever level of firmness you can tolerate, and press the ball between your Infraspinatus muscles and a wall, or other solid structure.
