Eligible students must be graduating from high school in North Carolina to attend a college or university in the state of North Carolina. Preference is given to those attending North Carolina State University. Applicants must have a high regard for obtaining an education and the courage to pursue it in spite of limited financial WOMEN'S GIVING NETWORK OF WAKE COUNTY The Women’s Giving Network of Wake County is a giving circle of the North Carolina Community Foundation. The Giving Network leverages the power of collective giving through a local network that supports the community in a purposeful way.
