NCRC is deeply saddened to confirm that we have lost a very special friend and colleague. Paul Palmer was involved in a fatal car collision on October 28, 2019. Paul had a special warmth and charisma, which made him one of San Diego’s most beloved leaders. Not only did he give selflessly to our city and region, but he was a man who cared deeply for his family and always put them first. Paul was a wonderful man and will be dearly missed. His funeral service is scheduled for Monday, November 18 at 5 PM. It will be held at Our Mother of Confidence Church (3131 Governor Dr. San Diego, CA 92122) and is open to the public. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to either Big Brothers, Big Sisters of San Diegoor the
National Conflict Resolution Center.*
