WOLCOTT — A 59-year-old man is facing charges for excessive speeding in Wolcott on Monday. Police say they observed a vehicle passing a car in the westbound lane of Vermont Route 15 at 88 miles-per-hour in a posted 50 miles-per-hour zone. Two vehicles, also MAN ARRESTED FOR BARTON BURGLARY AND STEALING WORK BOOTS BARTON — Police have made an arrest following a break-in at Nick’s Snack Shack in Barton on Sunday. Devin Pratt, 31, has been arrested for the incident and was arraigned in court today. Police say Pratt was caught on surveillance cameras going through the store after forcing his way inside.
