150 g Sugar. 2 Eggs. 57 ml Milk. 15g Cocoa Powder. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F). In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar and eggs, until pale and creamy. Add in the milk, and stir to combine. Next add in the oil and mix in. Add the flour along with the baking powder, and fold into the batter using a spatula.. WE’RE OPENING A WINE BAR We will open at 1pm and close between 7-9pm depending on the weather, no reservations. There will also be an option for take away Thursday – Sunday (both wine and food), orders accepted at the door. Preorders for 10 or more burgers are accepted no later than 10.00 the day of, via burger@noma.dk. Pick up times for preorders will be from12.45
SUMMER BREAK
noma. Noma is closed for three weeks from July 23 to August 13 – and so is the booking department. As always we are closed for three weeks during the summer to let everybody have a break. However, this year a lot of things will be happening while the restaurant is closed. We closed noma on Strandgade, did a popup in Mexico, have popped-up under a bridge in Copenhagen and travelled around Scandinavia in search of products and inspiration for our menu at noma 2.0.
