Regional Center of Orange County has primary responsibility for finding and serving children age birth to 36 months REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR INSIDE THE OUTDOORS VIRTUAL For the second consecutive year, OCDE’s environmental education program — better known as Inside the Outdoors — will offer a free virtual summer camp for students ages 6 to 12 years old.. From mid July through early August, ITO will offer a series of week-long day camps for kids, led by the program’s field naturalists. OCDE - PEER ASSISTANCE LEADERSHIP The PAL Peer Assistance Leadership Pro gram is a school-based, peer-to-peer youth development program for students in grades 4-12 built upon a philosophy of students helping students. The mission of our PAL programs is to develop youth leaders who connect with their peers to create a caring, safe, and supportive school environment forall.
