TAPPING TO LET GO WITH NICK ORTNER It's okay that you're afraid, and it's also okay to let these feelings go. Underneath the arm, three inches underneath the armpit, either side of the body, right on the brown line for women, tapping gently, letting go. The last point is at the top of the head.
