THE BEST SALMON
The Best Salmon Recipe. First, prepare your fish by laying it on a jelly roll pan lined with foil (or a baker’s mat). Season it with salt and pepper. Bake it in a 425 degree oven for 12 minutes. Add rice and coconut milk mixture to Instant Pot. Stir to fully incorporate! Lock the lid and move valve to “Sealing.”. Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release for 7 minutes. DIPPING SAUCE FOR SWEET POTATO FRIES AND A PALEO Instructions. In a small bowl add the egg yolk, salt, lemon juice, vinegar and Dijon mustard. Whisk together for about 30 seconds. As you are whisking, very slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the liquid becomes thicker. Mix all ingredients together and serve with sweetpotato fries.
EXTRA CHEESY SWEET POTATO GRATIN: THE PERFECT SIDE DISH Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and then thinly slice sweet potatoes. To get an even thin slice use a mandoline or slice with a sharp knife. Should be about 1/8 inch thick. In a sauce pan add 1 TBS butter and olive oil. Once the butter is melted add the onion, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Saute until the onion is soft, about 3-5minutes.

SWEET POTATO BUN FOR THE BEST HAMBURGER RECIPE » OUR Cut the potato into 1/4-1/2 inch rounds. The middle of the sweet potato is best for being used as “buns” as that is where they are widest. Drizzle some olive oil on them and sprinkle on salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Heat a skillet on medium heat. Add 1/2 TBS coconut oil. Once the oil melts add the sweet potato rounds.
