FACT SHEET: PA'S FAIR FUNDING FORMULA Fact Sheet: PA’s Fair Funding Formula. In 2016, Pennsylvania enacted a formula to equitably distribute state education funding across school districts. This two-page document explains the basics of PCCY'S 40TH ANNIVERSARY POSTPONED – The Celebration of the 2020 Public Citizen for Children and Youth honoring Daniel J. Hilferty and Independence. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 virus, we are postponing our event until the fall of 2020 when we will put a spotlight on the visionary commitment of Dan and Independence to the health and well-being of the citizens of our region, especially the children.
