Cambeck Close provides overnight short breaks and support to learning disabled children and adults with additional healthcare needs. Our team consists of registered nurses, assistant practitioners and support workers and we operate from two purpose-built, accessible bungalows in Whitefield, Bury. HEYWOOD, MIDDLETON AND ROCHDALE HOME TREATMENT TEAM Home treatment team. We provide intensive support in the community to people aged between 16 and 65 years who are experiencing acute mental health crisis. We provide assessment, risk management and treatment for those with moderate to severe functional mental health problems (e.g. depression, bi-polar disorder, severe anxiety), who cannot be cared for in community settings due to the intensity and expertise of the care required.
