On the 2004 Rodeo it is under the front part of the console. 3 Find the TCCM, it's under the cut out in the floor mat in applicable vehicles. DOT has set a new tire repair guidelines that, by LAW, tire shops have to follow. This means any Puncture that is in the side wall or shoulder, or shoulder to side wall area of the tire is a NONE REPAIRABLEPUNCTURE

The older 3.2s are going to be very different electronically, so much that it isn't feasible to swap them unless you bring the entire wiring harness, computer, and ALL the various OBDII sensors with it. I stopped at a Honda dealer in Vegas today to grab a few, and had a big surprise. It appears you can not buy the washers anymore. The PCM is comparing input and output rpm and detecting a difference that could mean the TCC is not locking up. It could also mean there could be slippage in the clutches due to low hydraulic pressure. I did a search, but only found where people were talking about doing it, or had just done it, or it was one of the later 3.2s or even a 3.5. PLANETISUZOO.COM (ISUZU SUV CLUB) • VIEW TOPIC The transmission holds about 9 US quarts of ATF. If you warm the ATF and remove the drain plug about 3.5 quarts will come out if the level was correct. If the ATF is very dirty it is best to refill with clean AFT drive the vehicle a short distance and repeat the drain process. The idea is to keep diluting the remaining fluid with clean fluid. The Rotor Sensor is attached to the Rotor, as the Rotor spins it interrupts the magnetic field causing an AC voltage to be developed inthe coil.

Code 1870 showed up after changing trans fluid and filter. The beauty of the 700R4 is they are tough, CHEAP, and if you get a PRE 1989 model, can be run with a stand alone controll module for about $100ish from Monstertransmission.com. You'd need to replace the whole drivetrain. 3800 would be a better choice. The Rotor Sensor is attached to the Rotor, as the Rotor spins it interrupts the magnetic field causing an AC voltage to be developed inthe coil.

On the 2004 Rodeo it is under the front part of the console. 3 Find the TCCM, it's under the cut out in the floor mat in applicable vehicles. The PCM is comparing input and output rpm and detecting a difference that could mean the TCC is not locking up. It could also mean there could be slippage in the clutches due to low hydraulic pressure. I can't tell you how many times I've replaced the A/C components in Rodeo/Amigos without removing the bumper or steering shaft. The condenser comes out fairly easily by reaching through the openings in the bumper and the compressor bolts will all come out witha wiggle.

I stopped at a Honda dealer in Vegas today to grab a few, and had a big surprise. It appears you can not buy the washers anymore. I previously owned a '98 (only 30,000 miles when totaled) and '99 (under 60,000 when sold) and never had any problems of any kind. PLANETISUZOO.COM (ISUZU SUV CLUB) • VIEW TOPIC Also on back of the hard top when you open up the back tail gate there will be two Philips head on each side that hold on a plastic peace on (look kind of like vents) when u remove that there will be bolt/nuts inside that you will have to remove before you can take off the top. Just for others, the copper gasket needed can be had at Advance Auto or any other parts store for under 5 bucks fora few of them.
