INSTANT NAAN
Instant Naan – 30 Minutes, NO Yeast! Soft and pillowy, melting in mouth Instant Naan, that needs no egg, no yeast and can be prepared in just 30 minutes. It doesn’t need a lot of kneading or any resting at all. It’s instant and give a beautiful soft texture that you will thoroughly enjoy at every bite. You can prepare it with all-purpose MAKKI ROTI - GLUTEN FREE INDIAN FLATBREAD - PLAYFUL COOKING Gluten free flatbread prepared from corn flour/maize flour; Makki Roti is a classic pair to North Indian favorite Sarso Ka Saag.With the flavor of corn and ghee, makki roti gives a lovely warm aroma which pulls everyone to the dining table.. Makki Roti is Gluten Free. Gluten free flours are not easy to work with and when you try to make flat bread, it can easily break apart. ROSEMARY GARLIC INFUSED OIL The steps are just too simple. You add everything in a heavy bottom pan at medium low heat and let the oil heat slowly. Once the garlic turns golden brown, the oil should be infused completely with the flavor of garlic and rosemary. Let the Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil cool down and then strain. Store in a glass jar.TAHINI ICE CREAM
Blend the cashew and coconut milk until it’s smooth. Add the tahini, maple syrup and blend it again. Pour the mixture in an ice cream machine and start churning. Add raisins in between so that it spreads all around evenly. Let it set in the freezer and enjoy with a little maple syrup drizzled on top. GARLIC SWISS CHARD FRIED RICE Keep stirring in between. Take off ¼ of the fried garlic from the pan to a separate bowl. This would be used later for garnish. Once the garlic is fried, drop the chopped swiss chard and sprinkle salt. Stir for 5 minutes and then, add the chili sauce and soya sauce. Scatter the cooked cooled rice and mix it properly so the sauce gets coatedMANGO PANNA COTTA

Pour 1/3 cup of the CARAMELIZED ONION CHICKEN CURRY Pour the caramelized onion paste in the marinated chicken and mix it around. Place the same pan on medium heat and pour rest of the oil. Drop the cinnamon stick, cardamom and bay leaves along with the fresh ginger garlic. Sauté it around for a few seconds and then, drop the chopped tomato. Transfer the shrimp to a plate and set aside. In the same pan, heat the remaining butter and olive oil and add the garlic. Cook the garlic on low heat for a minute till fragrant andpour

Macher Jhol refers to fish curry in Bengali and there are countless different ways fish curry can be prepared.What I am sharing today is the simplest version of a Bengali fish curry using salmon. UNDERSTANDING ISO, APERTURE AND SHUTTER SPEED The lower the denominator, the more time the shutter stays open and more light enters in, thereby slowing the shutter speed. Shutter speed is connected with the focal length of the lens. In daylight shooting, a 50mm lens would probably require a shutter speed of 1/60 and with a 200mm lens you would have to shoot at a 1/250-shutter speed. No Knead Bread – QUICK and EASY. Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 45 minutes. Additional Time: 2 hours. Total Time: 2 hours 55 minutes. Golden crust on the outside and soft on the inside, this QUICK and EASY No Knead bread had become my go-to bread. You don’t need a stand mixer, and unlike most recipes, this bread comes together veryquickly.
MAKKI ROTI - GLUTEN FREE INDIAN FLATBREAD - PLAYFUL COOKING Gluten free flatbread prepared from corn flour/maize flour; Makki Roti is a classic pair to North Indian favorite Sarso Ka Saag.With the flavor of corn and ghee, makki roti gives a lovely warm aroma which pulls everyone to the dining table.. Makki Roti is Gluten Free. Gluten free flours are not easy to work with and when you try to make flat bread, it can easily break apart. ROSEMARY GARLIC INFUSED OIL The steps are just too simple. You add everything in a heavy bottom pan at medium low heat and let the oil heat slowly. Once the garlic turns golden brown, the oil should be infused completely with the flavor of garlic and rosemary. Let the Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil cool down and then strain. Store in a glass jar.SUNDAY MUTTON CURRY
Add the whole spices and stir around for few seconds. Scatter the onion, garlic, ginger along with 1 teaspoon salt. Brown the onion for about 10 minutes then add the spice paste. Stir it around for 3 minutes. Add the mutton cubes and cook for 5 minutes. Whisk the yogurt until it’s smooth and add it CARAMELIZED ONION CHICKEN CURRY Pour the caramelized onion paste in the marinated chicken and mix it around. Place the same pan on medium heat and pour rest of the oil. Drop the cinnamon stick, cardamom and bay leaves along with the fresh ginger garlic. Sauté it around for a few seconds and then, drop the chopped tomato. Cook for 2 minutes and drop the marinated chicken.MANGO PANNA COTTA
Place the glass in the refrigerator and let it set for 3 to 4 hours. Once the first layer is set, prepare the cream. Place the cold milk on a pan and add the second envelop of the gelatin. Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, warm the milk at low heat for 5 minutes. Then, mix the cream to the warm milk. CHILI HOT SAUCE WITH BIRD EYE CHILI In a blender, add garlic, tomatoes and peppers along with bird’s eye chili. Add ½ cup of water and blend again. Pour it in a pan along with oil, sugar, salt and vinegar. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Once cooled completely, taste for salt and add any, if required. Pour the sauce in a container. GARLIC SWISS CHARD FRIED RICE Keep stirring in between. Take off ¼ of the fried garlic from the pan to a separate bowl. This would be used later for garnish. Once the garlic is fried, drop the chopped swiss chard and sprinkle salt. Stir for 5 minutes and then, add the chili sauce and soya sauce. Scatter the cooked cooled rice and mix it properly so the sauce gets coatedNO KNEAD BREAD

Blend the cashew and coconut milk until it’s smooth. Add the tahini, maple syrup and blend it again. Pour the mixture in an ice cream machine and start churning. Add raisins in between so that it spreads all around evenly. Let it set in the freezer and enjoy with a little maple syrup drizzled on top. MACHER JHOL ALOO BEGUN DIYE A very light Bengali fish curry, that doesn’t call for onion or tomato.Just potato, eggplant and few mild spices is all it needs to prepare this Macher Jhol Aloo Begun Diye.Macher Jhol translates to fish curry, aloo means potato and Begun is eggplant. Lau Chingri is a quintessential Bengali side dish, enjoyed quite often during summer days.“Lau” is bottle gourd and “Chingri” is shrimp and the combination works beautifully with very minimal spices. It’s a delicacy in West Bengal, a comfort food when paired with steamed white rice. Lau Chingri is a quick 30 minutes meal: OLIVE OIL CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES Instructions. Preheat the oven to 350F/ 180 C. Take a mixing bowl and crack the eggs into it. Sprinkle the sugar and whisk to mix it together. Then, pour the oil in the bowl. Place a sifter on the bowl. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into the bowl. Whisk it to form a smooth batter. PHULKOPIR ALOO DALNA Phulkopir Aloo Dalna is a pure vegetarian Bengali Curry.Phulkopi is the Bengali term for cauliflower, Aloo is potatoes and Dalna is often referred to light curries. Ready in 30 minutes, you will love this curry on busy work days. The combination of cauliflower with potato isunbeatable!
SHRIMP STUFFED RAVIOLI WITH PESTO SAUCE Instructions. To make the Pasta dough, mix the ingredients (flour, egg yolk, pinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil ) and knead to form soft dough. Make sure it's not sticky. In a pan heat 2 tbs oil, saute the shrimp and chopped portobello with some salt, pepper and chillyflakes.
