Summer 2021. Sacramento Ballet offers a full range of summer programs. Whether you are at the beginning of your training or are preparing to enter into the professional ballet world, we offer the program that works for you. We are extremely fortunate to have an outdoor studio/stage and moderate California weather.PERFORMANCES
Performances. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and with deep concern for everyone’s well-being and the realities around us, Sacramento Ballet’s 2019-2020 performance season has ended. Sacramento Ballet is closely monitoring CA guidelines for reopening. We look forward to welcoming you all back to our performances once it is deemed safe for CLASSES - THE SACRAMENTO BALLET Here is a list of our class offerings: Children’s Division Classes – including our popular Pop-up classes. Trainee Program – must submit a video audition to be accepted into the program. ABOUT - THE SACRAMENTO BALLET Founded in 1954. The Sacramento Ballet was founded in 1954 through the efforts and leadership of Barbara and Deane Crockett, who came to the capital of California from the San Francisco bay area. During Ms. Crockett’s tenure as Company Director, The Sacramento Ballet gained national recognition as one of the finest regional arts companies. FACULTY - THE SACRAMENTO BALLET Ava is also a founding member, dancer, and teacher with local company Capital Dance Project. Ava has over a decade of teaching experience and has been on faculty at the Sacramento Ballet School, Northern California Dance Conservatory, and Indiana University. She has also been invited to be a guest teacher at the Flint School of PerformingArts

Suzanne Rogers. Suzanne has been interested in dance and movement since early childhood, studying ballet and other systems of movement most of her life. Currently, her passion for this art is expressed through GYROTONIC®, which she practices and teaches as a hobby. As a result of this passion, she has long been a patron of the dance arts.
