Robert Newman is the Director of Public Works for the City of Santa Clarita and began his career with the City in 1991 as a Supervisor Engineer/Associate Civil Engineer. Over the course of his career with the City, Robert has taken the lead on many complex projects including the Cross-Valley Connector and the Golden Valley Bridge Widening. LAP SWIM | CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CA 7. Admission to Lap Swim is for swimmers only. Minors may be accompanied by one (1) guardian.
