Official Court Reporters (Employees) for the Superior Court of San Bernardino are required to upload their notes into ACORN every other Friday when payroll is due. DEFERRALS / EXCUSALS Deferrals. The Superior Court realizes prospective jurors may have been summoned at an inconvenient time and in most instances are willing to defer or postpone service to a more convenient time.
