Apply to a specific solicitation. You must respond to a funding solicitation from a particular agency, because the SBIR/STTR programs do not accept “unsolicited” proposals. Solicitations are known by many names including Request for Proposals (RFP), Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), or simplySolicitation.
INTELLIGENT FUSION TECHNOLOGY, INC. In this project, we propose to develop a distributed deep reinforcement learning-based intelligent cooperative perception system (iCOOPER) with information-centric ADDITIVE FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE REPAIR FOR PHASE I: Develop, design, and demonstrate the feasibility of a portable system that can additively repair a composite material through the automated deposition of thermoset polymer and carbon fiber reinforcement. Identify and prototype a commercially available fiber and resin system that will be used by this machine. IMAGE SEGMENTATION FOR TARGET ATTITUDE USING A PRIORI TECH FOCUS AREAS: General Warfighting Requirements (GWR) TECHNOLOGY AREAS: Air Platform OBJECTIVE: This is a Direct to Phase II topic. Demonstrate contour, shape, optical-flow, or other image segmentation techniques for robust model based test and evaluation of target attitude determination, using perfect a priori knowledge of target geometry, for arbitrary cluttered backgrounds. CONVERSION OF CO2 INTO SYNTHETIC GRAPHITE Abstract. Carbon Dioxide (CO2) can be utilized as a source for producing synthetic graphite. Our method converts CO2 into solid carbon. These CO2-sourced solid carbon have an anisotropic property that allow them to be graphitized into synthetic graphite. Our patented thermal catalytic process uses carbon dioxide and hydrogen asthe feedstocks
DEVELOPMENT OF ANTI-CERAMIDE SCFV AS MITIGATOR OF THE Inhibition of ceramide protects mice from death from the Radiation GI Syndrome (RGS). Administration of anti-. ceramide single-chain Fv (scFv) 24 h post radiation exposure increases survival in intestinal stem cells and. dramatically improves overall survival in mice. These data indicate that anti-ceramide scFv represents the first. EVALUATION OF IPW-5371, A TGFBRI KINASE INHIBITOR, DOSED Evaluation of IPW-5371, a TGFbRI kinase inhibitor, dosed as a single agent or in combination with G-CSF, as a medical countermeasure against the delayed effects of total body irradiation in mice TACTICAL WIRELESS GIGABIT (WIGIG) FOR DISMOUNTED SOLDIER February 08, 2017. Description: TECHNOLOGY AREA (S): Electronics. OBJECTIVE: Demonstrate for the first time a low power, low latency, and high bandwidth WiGig (60 Ghz band) wireless data link to support intra-Soldier transmission of high definition sensor imagery.
