We will not be accepting walk-ins.To make a credentials appointment, please email us at sdcred@sdcoe.net with your preferred day and time and we will respond with our availability. Be sure to check our website for checklists or email us prior to your scheduled appointment, we will require a ADDED AUTHORIZATION PROGRAM Please note: We are hopeful that school will be able to resume in the fall but also understand it is possible many schools may still be using distance learning for instruction in the 2020-2021 school year. If this is the case, we will make sure modifications are made to the program that support the CTC requirements for you to gain theauthorization.
