Official Records are online from January 1, 1983 through the Last Verified date. The Clerk’s office has begun a project to digitize all official records back to the establishment of Seminole County in 1913, and this project is scheduled to be completed by the end of2020.

The foreclosure auctions are open to the public and are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 am unless otherwise directed by the court or if the Clerk’s Office is closed.
